Coloring Books for Adults Who Need to Breathe Again

Hi, I'm Alvina

I'm not an art school graduate.
I don't have a perfectly curated studio.
I'm just a girl who found peace in coloring — and couldn't keep it to herself.

A few years ago, stress was my default setting. I was always in my head, always running, always overthinking.

One day, I picked up a pen and started filling in shapes.
Something shifted.
Not immediately. But slowly.
The noise got quieter. The breathing got deeper. I started looking forward to that moment every day.

That's when I understood: coloring isn't childish. It's a form of self-care that doesn't require skill, money, or a special talent. Just willingness to slow down.

I created Alvina Coloring for women like me — busy, stressed, and craving a few minutes of calm in a chaotic day.

These books are not meant to impress anyone. They're meant to help you breathe.

I hope they do exactly that. — Alvina

If you're looking for a simple, mindful coloring practice to unwind after a long day, I hope my coloring journey — and the books I've made — help you find that same calm.
